Repeater Installation Notes
一、Antenna
（1） RX-Antenna
①RX-Antenna is directional antenna, the installation location should be chosen mobile phone top or around the building checking the direction of the strongest received signal and position (ie aligned to the direction of the strongest signal), as far as possible to avoid the obstacles and as high as possible.
②Receiving antenna should not be near other high-frequency antenna, metal net, power lines or transformers.
③RX-Antenna maybe strucked by lightning, If possible,surge arresters should be installed.
④TX-Antenna should stay away from RX-Antenna, so that TX-Antenna and RX-Antenna have sufficient isolation. For example the TX-Antenna set at high levels, so as to avoid mutual interference. (RX-Antenna and TX-Antenna horizontal distance should be larger than 30 meters, the vertical distance of more than 5 meters, the antenna direction back to back)
（2）TX-Antenna
TX-Antenna should try not to close to the wall, in order to increase the effective area of the signal.
二、Repeater
(1） The best place of repeater’s installation location is close to the power and TX-Antenna and a well-ventilated rain and sun.
（2）Please refer to the user manual instructions on the wiring, do not take anti-, so as to avoid damage to internal circuit
（3）Water should be avoided by the feeder stream to the repeater, causing short-circuit.
三、Cable
1） For the cables,all connections need wraped with waterproof tape, so as to avoid moisture resulting from oxidation, resulting in reduced coverage area of the received signal
2） The cable should be as short as possible in order to reduce losses and increase the signal coverage area.
四、Modify and Test
（1） Check the connections,make sure all are correct, connect 220V AC power, then the power indicator light, indicating that power supply is working correctly.
（2） If the antenna is installed correctly, the "Run" light should be bright, at this time, practical covering area is larger than the technical referred area.
（3） Connected to a local monitor, check the parameter settings.
（4） After the end of the debugging process, using mobile phones in the coverage area of more than 20 points to test cell phone signal strength and call results, should be able to ensure that more than 90% signal strength over the regional grid, two cells is less than 5% below the signal region , call should be clear and not drop.
（5） Pulled out the power, plug it in again to watch whether the phenomenon is normal, then use mobile phone test, should be able to maintain its original working condition, test run 1 to 2 hours.
（6） Re-examine the entire system, clean up the site.
（7） Do the Engineering Record, fill out the document
